The ZX-1200 Carton Erecting Machine is a fully automated system for carton assembly. To enhance its versatility and output, three key optional modules are available: a configurable 2/4-gun cold or hot melt glue sprayer for strong, fast bonding; a plasma treatment system to improve adhesion on challenging surfaces; and a tape insert machine to automate tape placement and streamline workflow. These options allow the machine to adapt from standard carton production to handling complex, high-quality packaging. With a production speed of 30–160 pieces per minute, the machine emphasizes precision and stability even at high speeds. It features quick mold changeovers for different box types, reducing downtime. Powered by a 380V supply with a total consumption of 2.5 kW, it uses Schneider Electric servo drives for reliable performance. By automating the forming and sealing process, it lowers labor costs and increases throughput, providing a reliable way to meet growing production demands.
